Sadly two more passed away

Passed to me By Dave Hoare who received the news from various sources, that on 1st April 2020 retired dog handler Brian Reynolds passed away. In his service he was stationed at Victoria mainline then as a dog handler on the LT area. He went on to become one of first dedicated Bomb Dog handlers for FHQ and was based at Stratford with his Golden Labrador 'Royal'. If more information is received it will be updated.

Information from Frank Loftus, that Dave Tucker, a PC formerly stationed at Crewe and later as a dog handler has passed away. Sadly no further information is available at present but will be updated if received.

Update for Dave Tucker

Dave had been ill for about six years and had been transferred to a Care home nearby, where he sadly died on  Tuesday 24.03.2020
David Roy Tucker, 71yrs Born 09.12.1948.
Dave entered service 1974 serving Stoke on Trent, Crewe, Bangor/Rhyl,  Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and latterly served as PCSO on Welsh Coast/Cambrian Coast lines, believed until about 2015.  Known as the 'Sheriff of Stoke' whilst serving there, he has been described as 'warm and fearless'. He was professional footballer before joining the force.
  It is understood that due to the current pandemic, Dave will be cremated and his ashes will be scattered in their favourite spot in North Wales.
