How do I submit an entry for the list?
You will be shown a form when you click the button at the bottom of this message - fill it in and the request will be sent to the Mutual Aid coordinator to approve. They may email you to check details or get the advert wording modified before they approve it. Once they have approved it then it will appear on the list.
What are the rules?
Your advert wording must not contain any contact information - the advert will always be followed by your name and membership number in the list - anyone who wants to contact you will look you up in the Members' Directory and reach you by whatever method you have provided there.
You can request the membership number of any member responding to your listing so that you can then look them up in the Members' Directory yourself. Once you start the conversation it is entirely between the pair of you and the Association is of course not involved.
This service is free to all members and their families who are members and the Association will ask for nothing.
